It is with great pleasure that the management board of ALLYANT Group wishes to inform you that as of February 1, 2022, ALLYANT Group has relocated to an upgraded, expanded and modern office within the historical area of Scharloo in the city center of Willemstad, Curaçao.
Due to ALLYANT Group’s growth, our team will continue to further expand. Additionally, we continue our commitment for our clients to be in good standing and compliant with local laws and regulations. This includes adhering to the economic substance requirements of the territorial tax regime, as introduced by the Curaçao tax legislator. Our relocation allows ALLYANT Group to provide our clients with office spaces as needed. As per February 1st, 2022 ALLYANT Group’s new office address is: Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao.
This relocation not only allows for enhanced economic substance for offshore entities, but also enables us to accommodate our clients travels and on site meetings in Curaçao with more flexibility and guaranteed availability.
